Returns
We want you to LOVE your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we'll gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Tried it on...not the right size or fit? We'll exchange item(s) if our inventory allows. Items returned must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
These items are not returnable:
- CD or DVD that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received by JAMZ, we'll send you an email confirming we've received your item(s). If approved, your refund will be processed a credit automatically applied to your credit card. No refunds on sale items. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Still Haven't Received Your Refund?
Check your credit card and contact the company. It may take time to process before your refund posts. If they've confirmed the it's past the processing timeframe, contact us at shop@jamz.com.
